At Metal & Hammer, we want you to absolutely love your door. Therefore we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. While we hope that you are happy with your choice, we understand that a return might be necessary. At this time, Metal & Hammer cannot refund custom door orders, unless in the instance of a severe defect that renders the door unusable. Refunds and returns are reserved for stock and standard door sizes. For any stock doors with manufacturer defects, you may return purchased items up to 14 days upon delivery with written approval by Metal & Hammer.
For any non-defective product, unauthorized return or unreasonable rejection of receiving the item after it is shipped, a 35% restocking fee will be applied. The buyer will pay for return shipping costs and original shipping will not be refunded. Installed doors are considered to have been accepted by the customer and may not be returned. In the event that a return is needed, all items must be returned in original condition. Product(s) need to be returned or exchanged in the original factory box (es) or container(s), with all packing materials and instructions.
When Product(s) are sent back for return or exchange, The Purchaser(s) will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and assume liability for any damage incurred during the return transit. Metal & Hammer has the right to charge for any damages that may have occurred after the product has been shipped back to an address approved by Metal & Hammer. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Product(s) must be shipped back to us for exchange before we ship out new merchandise (No cross shipping). We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders placed with Metal & Hammer by issuing a refund at any time. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
